Alvaro Nava Gachuz  26 of Immokalee Florida, passed away May 19, 2012.

Mr. Nava Gachuz was born in Hidalgo, Mexico to father Martin Nava and mother Maria DelCarmen Gachuz. He came to the United States and worked with a pool company repairing pools.

Alvaro meet his soul mate  Amy Robles,  and they married after just 3 months of going out together, on December 31, 2009 in Immokalee.  He "took on" his new wife and 5 children and they became his world.  He did homework and went to the childrens school parent meetings and loved playing with them.  He just attended his youngest child's pre-school graduation.

He loved to listen to the radio stations "The River" and "Bob" enjoying the kind of music they played.  Alvaro enjoyed watching soccer and anything that was a comedy--he always had a smile on his face.  Alvaro was a hard worker,  almost a workaholic, working to provide for his family his loved so much.

He was an "old man in a young man's body".  Alvaro was like an Angel sent from above-he came into his wife and children's life at the "right time" and showed them a  diffent kind of life then what they knew before.  He showed them what a real family was like; with love, and made them all feel safe and happy.

Alvaro is survived by his beloved wife Amy Nava,  five children; Destiny (11),  Love (10),   Adam (8),  Enrique (6) and  Heaven (5).  Parents; Pedro and Martina Quiroz.  Two brothers; Jaun Carlos Nava and Fermin Martinez. Two sisters; Elvira Nava and Veronica Nava.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 25, 2012 from 6-8 pm at Brister Funeral Home.  The  Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 1:00 pm.
Burial will be held in Mexico.
