Antonia Rios Hernandez, 49, of Immokalee, Florida, passed away unexpectedly from an accident on September 18, 2023 in Ave Maria, Florida. She was born in Oaxaca, Mexico on January 17, 1974, to Geronimo Rios Medina and Ubalda Martinez Hernandez. She enjoyed dancing, singing, gardening and was an out spoken activist for migrant pay and rights. She will be missed by so many people.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory a husband, Alfredo Leon Cruz and two daughters, Daniela Leon Cruz and Vanessa Leon Cruz.

There will be a viewing at Brister Funeral Home chapel on Monday September 25, 2023 from 6-8 pm and a funeral mass on Tuesday September 26, 2023 at our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church 10am. Cremation.
