Armida Roberts' Obituary
Armida Roberts 57 of the Seminole Tribe in Immokalee, passed away November 30, 2014 with her family by her side.
Armida was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL to father Jimmy Roberts and mother Elizabeth Tiger on April 26, 1957.
She was known for her great sence of humor, she could always get someone to laugh no matter what the situation was, and that ability was very much appreciated. She had the nickname of "Chicken" and was also known as going shoeless--she hated shoes and wore them only when going to town! She enjoyed being a member and going to Immokalee Seminole Baptist Church.
Armida is survived by her mother Elizabeth Tiger, sons (2): Alex Garcia and Andrien Garcia; 13 grandchildren; sisters (2): Linda Beletso and Dora Tiger: brothers (2) Eugene Roberts and Jasper Roberts, along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters: Leona Roberts Cotto, Josie Roberts, and Dianne Roberts along with her father Jimmy Roberts.
The Visitation and Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am at Immokalee Seminole Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
