Arturo Hernandez 80, was call to Heaven September 13, 2011.

Mr. Hernandez was born in Mexico July 14, 1931 to father Arturo Hernandez, Sr. who passed away when Arturo was just an infant, and mother Aurora Valdez Hernandez.

Arturo worked in agriculture farming as a crew leader before retiring. He will always be remembered for the love of his family, being a hard working man, very friendly with everyone and his love of McDonalds breakfast. He loved their coffee! He also "worked" at the Roberts Center in Immokalee and took his responsiblies to heart. He made sure he would cancel anything personal that would interfere with him going to the Roberts Center.

He is survived by two daughters; Maria Hernandez (Josh Rincon), Olga Gonzales (Steven "Bobby"), three sons: Leroy Hernandez (Maria), Edgard and Hilberto Hernandez; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Two brothers; Gilberto Hernandez (Alishia) and Eleazor Hernandez. Two sisters; Ofelia Gomez and Olga Garcia along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation and Funeral Service will BOTH be Saturday, September 17, 2011 at Bethel Assembly of God, Immokalee, Florida. Visitation will be 10-12:00. The Service will then begin at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Baptist Cemetery, Immokalee.
