Barbara A. Kemp, 76, gained her wings in Lake Wales, FL on Monday, August 30 ^th , 2021. She was born in Benton, Missouri on March 16 ^th , 1945, to father Fred Guinn and mother Sue Anna Guinn. Which she is survived by (1) favorite sister Betty Weiser and (3) brothers Charles, Melvin, and Freddie. She was preceded in death by (1) sister Pat and (1) younger brother.

She married in 1978 to a man she deeply loved Robert E. Kemp. Following his passing in 1997, she proceeded to devote her love and marriage to him. She was a loving, caring, and highly devoted mother to her surviving (3) children, Amy S. Kemp, Keith A. Wofford, and Brian E. Wofford. Following her children getting married and starting families, she became a wonderful grandmother to (8) grandchildren and a great-grandmother to (7) great-grandchildren.

Before retiring in 2006, she spent her days working in daycares where she enjoyed caring for children starting at the first one in Immokalee, Fl. In her free time, she spent most of her time spending it with family, playing bingo, going to the casino playing her favorite slots, completing word searches, watching Hallmark movies, and weekly phone calls with her favorite sister Betty.  She loved watching her bird feeder, sunflowers, yellow roses, and her favorite color was maroon.

She will be laid to rest next to her late husband Robert E. Kemp in Immokalee, FL. She was incredibly loved, will be deeply missed and will live on as an "Angel" throughout her family and generations to come.
