Benito Arredondo, Jr., 73 of Immokalee passed away June 22, 2021.

Benito was born in Donna, Texas to father Benito Arredondo Sr., and mother Lazara Rodriguez Arredondo on November 7, 1947. He worked as a heavy equipment operator in a rock quarry before retirement.  He enjoyed fishing, listening to music and was an avid reader, especially mysteries and western novels.  Benito's favorite color was blue and he loved watching western movies on tv and being with his family.

Benito is survived by his son Eddie Arredondo (Laura), daughter Monica Joyce Arredondo, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren,  5 siblings; Esperanza Trevino, Angelita Posada, Natividad Ayala, Paulo Arredondo and Maria S. Gonzales along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Virginia Ayala in July 2020, his wife Estelita Arredondo in May 2013, grandbaby Phillip Arron Arredondo in 1999 and both parents.

There will be a gathering of remembrance for family and friends at a later date.
