Betty Joyce Hendry walked into the Lord's loving arms November 29, 2012 surrounded by her family.

Betty Joyce was born in Raymondville, Texas  September 18, 1932 to father Pascal Bryant, Sr., and mother Rachel Corbitt Bryant.  She worked  many many years as a bookkeeper for SouthWest Florida Service and Supply and recently at Johnson Plants, both in Immokalee, Florida.

She left a lasting impression of kindness on all those she met and will be missed greatly by all.

Betty Joyce is survived by three sons; Bruce Hendry (Karen), Byron Hendry (Mary Lou) and Brad Hendry (Lynn), seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.  Four sisters; Mildred Witherington,  Dorothy Howell,  Frieda Lancaster (Thomas) and Vivian Avis (Donald), and one brother; Pascal Bryant, Jr. (Barbara).   She was preceded by her husband and sister Edith Keene.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 3, 2012 beginning at 10:00 am at First Baptist Church, Immokalee, FL.  The Funeal Service will begin at the church at 11:00 am with Pastor David Koon from Lake Wales and her son Pastor Byron Hendry officiating.   Burial will follow at The Baptist Cemetery, Immokalee.
