Camillo Martinez, Sr., 78 of Immokalee went into the Lords open arms June 23, 2020.

Mr. Martinez was born July 18, 1941 in Abilene, Texas to father Toribio Martinez and mother Juanita Tejerina Martinez. He married his beloved wife and he enjoyed being a husband and father. He worked hard for his family in the agriculture fields as a tractor driver. Camillo loved music! He loved dancing with the music clear and loud, but he enjoyed just listening to music also. Most of all he wanted his family around him.

Camillo is survived by (6) daughters: Margarita Martinez, Elizabeth Rubio, Brenda Holdiness, Camellia Gallegos, Angelica Martinez and Manuelita Conde, (1) son: Camillo Martinez, Jr, along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren, (1) brother: Jesse Martinez, (3) sisters: Paula Martinez, Eva Silva and Maria Villarreal along with numerous nieces, nephews extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Amalia Martinez in 2009 and daughter Consuelo DeLeon in 1997.

There will be PRIVATE SERVICES for Camillo. The burial will be at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 beginning at 11:30 am. If anyone  would like to stop by and pay their respects to the family, everyone is invited to join the family at 12:30 pm at their house: 1215 North 18th Street for a remembrance lunch with of course-- music and dancing.
