Carlos Montanez 83 of Immokalee, passed away in Naples Florida October 5, 2021.

Mr. Montanez was born in Puerto Rico on February 2, 1938. He married his loving wife Otilia Cintron and before retirement he worked for many years as a tractor driver in the agriculture farms in and around Immokalee. He enjoyed fishing and loved car racing and being with his family.

Carlos is survived by his wife Otilia Montanez 2 daughters Luz E. Alvarado and Elizabeth Velazquez, 2 sons Luis R. Montanez and Edwin Montanez, 11 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.

Calling hours will be Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Brister Funeral Home Chapel from 6 pm 745. Cremation is final disposition. 'Carlos Montanez 83 de Immokalee, falleció en Naples Florida el 5 de octubre de 2021.

El Sr. Montañez nació en Puerto Rico el 2 de febrero de 1938. Se casó con su amada esposa Otilia Cintron y antes de jubilarse trabajó durante muchos años como conductor de tractores en las granjas agrícolas en Immokalee y sus alrededores. Le gustaba pescar y le encantaban las carreras de autos y estar con su familia.

A Carlos le sobreviven su esposa Otilia Montañez 2 hijas Luz E. Alvarado y Elizabeth Velázquez, 2 hijos Luis R. Montanez y Edwin Montañez, 11 nietos y 27 bisnietos.

El horario de llamadas será el sábado 9 de octubre de 2021 en Brister Funeral Home Chapel a partir de las 6 pm 745. La cremación es disposición final.
