Carolina T. Rosalez 84 of Fort Myers, formerly of Immokalee, passed away June 24, 2021 at Hospice.

Carolina was a single mother who worked hard to take care of her family. She loved God, she would always throughout the day praise God--a deep breath she would take and give him credit and thanks for everything. She was known for her specialty-- strawberry cheesecake--she loved to make it for her family to enjoy. Her favorite color was burgundy and favorite flower were roses. Carolina also made sure that her children got an education, knowledge  she knew, was important for their futures.

She was born in Falfurrias, Texas on December 20, 1936 to father Rosendo Trevino and mother Serafina Anzualda both have preceded her as well as her grandson Sammy Gutierrez.

Carolina is survived by her 7 children  3 daughters: Alicia Rosales, Olga Gutierrez (Samuel) and Isabel Aguilar (Jose)  4 sons: Santiago Rosalez, Albert Rosalez (Anna), Pablo Rosalez (Allison) and Oscar Rosalez (Terry), 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren along with 3 great great grandchildren, longtime companion Jose Y. Rodriguez, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Calling hours/visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Brister Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00-7:45 pm.  The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 also at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 am.  Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
