Daniel Martinez 74 of Immokalee passed away Jun 3 27, 2021 at Hospice of Naples.

Mr. Martinez was born in Mexico to father Atanacio Martinez and Nicolasa Covarruvias Martinez on March 14, 1947. He married his teenage sweetheart Guadalupe Delgado-- they were together over 60 years.  He was a hardworking man that made sure to take care of his family, mostly working in the agriculture fields.  He loved caring for his garden--mostly his mango trees and "nopals" cactus. His favorite color was yellow and Daniel enjoyed going to and looking at yard sales. He loved his lottery tickets and his grandchildren with all his heart. He was the backbone to his family. Daniel was well loved my everyone he touched. He was the most generous person and cared for everyone.

Daniel is survived by his beloved wife; Guadalupe D. Martinez, children Diana Garcia (Felipe), Rosbel Martinez (Iesha) Daniel Jr., (Selina Salinas) Alfredo Maritnez and Elva Olvera (David), grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. His family will all tremendously miss and love their "Apa" te amo. Descanso en pas Nuestro angel. Besos.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021, Graveside at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will follow after service.
