We are saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Delio Anzualda Sr. on October 31, 2022.

Mr. Anzualda was born in Robstown, Texas to father Miguel Anzualda and mother Genoveva Gutierrez on January 6, 1946. Before retiring he drove a semi-truck for agriculture farming produce.

Most people would see him riding around Immokalee on his bicycle where he carried the American flag. He enjoyed singing and listening to Tex/Mex music, fishing and wearing army clothes. Delio had his favorite "4 legged" children and his all time favorite car was 1957 Chevy Bel Air.

He leaves many to mourn his passing, but most of all his loving family will miss him the most including his children: Delio Anzualda Jr., Davio Anzualda, Delio Lee Anzualda, Diana Anzualda, Dora Anzualda, Delilah Anzualda, Dinora Anzualda, Delia Anzualda, Denise Anzualda and Michelle Johnson, many grandchildren, 4 sisters and 6 brothers. Delio was preceded in death by 2 brothers both parents and wife Anna Anzualda.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Bautista de Jesus Cristo, 214 N. 2nd Street, Immokalee beginning at 3:00 pm. Family Gathering will follow at 1010 Raulerson Rd. Immokalee.
