Doris Marie Curry's Obituary
Doris Marie Curry, 88 years old of Immokalee, passed peacefully into Heaven February 12, 2018.
Mrs. Curry was born in Phoenix City, Alabama to father Luther Clements and mother Rose Emory Clements on April 30, 1929.
Doris and her husband Oliver Curry opened and operated the very first taxi service in Immokalee. She enjoyed collecting dolls and playing bingo. Her favorite color was yellow.
She is survived by her 3 daughters: Barbara Fussell (Roger), Wanda Ball (Lee) and Patsy Fussell (Rodney) 3 sons: Jack Curry (Angie) Rocky Curry and Doc Curry (Vicki). Eighteen grandchild, thirty-two great grandchild and two great great granchildren. Doris was preceded in death by her husband Oliver Curry and son Alan Stokes.
Visitation will be held Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Brister Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Her burial will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL
