Eusevio Lucero known to all as Bobby, 78 of Lehigh Acres previously from Immokalee, passed away at Hospice in Lehigh Acres on July 13, 2022.

Mr. Lucero was born in Quitique, Texas to father Lucas Lucero and mother Eufemia Serna Lucero on December 15, 1943. He joined the United States Marines and was a member of the armed forces for over 7 years. During that time he earned many medals, including: National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Presidential Unit Citation, Commendation Gallantry Cross, Combat Action Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Rifle Expert Badge, and Pistol Marksman Badge. He was Honorably discharged in Alaska before making his way to South Florida.

Eusevio worked until retirement as a diesel mechanic working on heavy equipment. He was a gun enthusiast, especially old pistols. He enjoyed a good nap, but would always tell you that he had not sleeping, just resting his eyes. Eusevio also enjoyed watching western movies, especially to old tv ones. He was a good Christian and in past years enjoyed going to the Immokalee marina and sitting on the porch talking about fishing and everything else that was going on in the world. He was a past member of Friendship Baptist Church.

He is survived by his children: Jonathan Michael Lucero (Heather Lara), Christopher Adam Lucero (Ashley Lucero) Robert Lucero (Chrissy Torsey-Lucero), WL Crump, Shaun Crump, Eric Crump and d aughter Alisa Redfearn with spouse Mario Redfearn along with many grandchildren and extended family.

Calling hours/visitation will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at Brister Funeral Home Chapel, 221 North 3rd Street from 3:00-5:00 pm. Cremation will be the final disposition.
