Florence Lucille Givens Dukes, 102,  of Immokalee, FL passed away surrounded by her family on September 16, 2021. Lucille was born in Bishopville, South Carolina on March 17, 1919 to Minnie Anderson and Maxie G. Marshall.

Lucille worked as a seamstress, housekeeper and migrant worker for many years. Lucille was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1975 and loved to share in preaching the good news of Jehovah's Kingdom.

She was predeceased by daughter Minnie Lee Fryson of Immokalee, FL, 4 sisters: Elizabeth Harris, Bernice Slater, Betty Marshall, Rosalie Lovely and 4 brothers: Henry J. Marshall, Robert L. Marshall, Richard A. Marshall, and Maxie L. Marshall. Lucille is survived by her 2 sons: Charlie Porter Jr (Jeanette) of Valdosta, GA, Douglas Dukes of Lehigh Acres, FL along with 1 daughter Cynthia Dukes of Lehigh FL; sister Sue Chuck of Hartsville, South Carolina; 2 brothers John Marshall (Louise) of Brooklyn NY, and George Marshall of Bronxville, NY along with 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces and friends.

Visitation/calling hours will be held at Brister Funeral Home Chapel, Immokalee, FL on Friday September 24, 2021 from 6:00-7:45pm. Graveside services will be held at Lake Trafford Memorial Garden, Immokalee on Saturday September 25, 2021 at 10:00 am.
