Francisca Hernandez 85 of Immokalee, was called to Heaven November 30, 2019 at hospice in Naples, FL.

Mrs. Hernandez was born in Green Lake, Texas to father Eduardo Constante and Josefa Martinez Constante October 19, 1934. She met and married the love of her life Pablo Hernandez, Sr. and they had a loving life until his passing in 2016. She enjoyed knitting and made many  loving items for her family and friends.

Francisca is survived by 1 daughters; Maria Hernandez (Jesus), 4 sons; Pablo Hernandez, Jr., Rolando Hernandez, Manuel Hernandez (Monica) and Martin Hernandez (Mary), 12 grandchildren, 3 great grand children along with nieces, newphews cousins and friends. She was preceased by husband Pablo Hernandez Sr.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13, 2019 at Brister Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00-7:30 pm. The Graveside Service will be held at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens-graveside, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow.
