Francisco Ramirez 82 of Immokalee was called to Heaven January 13, 2017.
Mr. Ramirez was born in Tamaulipas, Mexico to father Gaspar Ramirez and mother Maria Luisa Perez. He met and married his beloved wife Rebeca Resendez and loved raising his family in Immokalee where until his retirement he worked in the agriculture fields. He loved being outside and doing "work" like cutting the lawn and trimming trees.
Francisco is survived by his wife Rebeca Ramirez, 1 daughter: Paula Sanchez, 1 son: Francisco J. Ramirez, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild, two brothers: Roberto and Luis Ramirez.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at Brister Funeral Home Chapel from 6-8:00 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
