Gerardo Grimaldo Sr.  63 of Immokalee, passed away on Christmas Eve at Hope Hospice in Fort Myers, Florida. He was born on June 23, 1958 in Mercedes, Texas to parents Pablo and Augustina Grimaldo.

Gerardo worked as an electrician in the residential construction industry. He loved being with his children and grandkids.

He is survived by his wife Adela Bocanegra, 2 daughters: Melinda Grimaldo and Eva Grimaldo, 2 sons: Gerardo Grimaldo Jr, and Felie Grimaldo, 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 6:00-7:45 pm at Brister Funeral Home Chapel.  The Mass will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021 beginning at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens. Masks must be worn at both services.
