Gumercindo Herrera Perez, 74, of Immokalee FL, passed away peacefully while in hospice and surrounded by family on December 03, 2025. He was born on January 19, 1951, in Mexico to Guillermina Perez Baena and Adolfo Herrera Carbajal. He was a hard worker who enjoyed the company of his family, and especially seeing his grandchildren playing sports.

He leaves behind a loving wife, Sebastiana Herrera, five daughters who cherish his memory, Jessica Herrera, Hayde Herrera, Clara Herrera, Luzceleste Herrera, and Cenaida Herrera along with ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

There will be a viewing on Tuesday December 09, 2025, at Brister Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00pm-8:00pm and a funeral mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church one Wednesday December 10, 2025, at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens
