Israel Garcia Munoz left us to be with the lord on January 26,2016 at home In Immokalee, Florida after a long illness.

Israel Garcia Munoz Sr., 79 of Immokalee, FL passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday January 26, 2016. Mr. Munoz leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife Eva Euresti Munoz, 6 sons Israel Jr., Felipe (Ely), Alejandro (Patricia), Israel Christopher & Reuben and 7 daughters Norma (Rogelio), Sylvia (Benjamin), Yolanda (Roberto), Patricia (Clemente), Angela (the late, Lee Junior), Eva (Leonard) & Esperanza. Mr. Munoz also leaves behind 37 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren & 2 great-great grandchildren. Israel also leaves behind 5 sisters and 2 brothers from Robstown, TX along with many friends and family. Mr. Munoz is preceded in death by his parents Felipe & Francisca Munoz, his brother Ruben Munoz and his son Albert Munoz Sr.

Mr. Munoz was a wonderful man who cherished his family more than anything, he was a rare man that deserved more than this world could ever offer, his journey on Earth may be over but his legacy will live on. His memory will never fade or burn away, and he will forever live in our hearts, he will be greatly missed by many.

A viewing will be held at Brister Funeral Home on Monday February 1, 2016 from 6-8pm with the funeral Tuesday February 2nd at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church 10am. Burial will be at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens possibly at a later date.
