Jacob A. Garibay 17, passed away October 31, 2013 after being involved in an automobile accident.
Jacob was born in Naples, Florida June 5, 1996 to father Sergio Garibay and mother Soyla Gutierrez. He had many friends at Immokalee High School, where he was known for his great sense of humor, love of music and dancing. He was also an avid fisherman and enjoyed baseball.
He leaves behind many to mourn his passing, including his mother, Soyla Gutierrez and father Sergio Gariby, two sisters; Julianna Garibay and Aliseya Santos, two brothers; Sergio Garibay, Jr., and Andy Gutierrez. Maternal grandparents; Elia Campbell and Andres Gutierrez, Jr., Paternal grandparents; Maria Martinez and Francisco Garibay. Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 5th at the Bullriders Ballroom, 850 County Road 846 (near the Immokalee Airport) from 6-8 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church Immokalee beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
