James "Jimmy" Spires, 90, of Immokalee, Florida, passed away following a long illness, at home in Hospice care, on February 12, 2025. He was born on September 7, 1934, in Lake Butler, Florida to George and Mabel Brown Spires. James loved four things according to Annette: his tractor, his family, his wife and traveling.

He leaves behind to remember the life they shared, his wife, Annette Spires, children, Shari Perez (Lawrence), Donna Martin (Michael), Jim Spires (Jan), and Sid Burnett (Leigh) along with twelve grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.

There will be a graveside service on Saturday February 15, 2025, 2 pm, at Baptist Cemetery Immokalee, Florida with Pastor Timothy Pigg officiating.
