Jewel Dunaway Charlton of Felda passed away Friday, July 21, 2017.  Jewel was born in Molino, Florida November 4, 1922.  She was a devoted wife and mother, with a love of livestock.  She had a small dairy goat business for many years, and enjoyed helping 4-H children with their dairy goat projects. She was a loving, generous and adventurous spirit loved by many.  Her husband of 68 years, John Felder Charlton, preceded her in death in 2014.  Jewel is survived by her son, John D. Charlton and wife Lynn A. Charlton, daughters, Jane C. Selman and husband William E. Selman and Christine E. Charlton, grand children, Leif Selman, Kari Thurmond and husband Michael Thurmond, Beck Selman, Laura Charlton and Joel Charlton, and great grandchild, Ava J. Thurmond.

A celebration of Jewel's life is tentatively planned for October 14, 1pm at 1679 Perry Rd, Felda, FL.  Contact family later for  confirmation."
