Jose DeJesus Valdez Fuente, 82, of Immokalee passed away in Naples, Florida on July 2, 2023. He was born in Mexico on October 13, 1940. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He leaves behind to cherish the memories a wife; Maria Socorro Ortiz, children; Maria Carreon, Alejandro Valdez and Daniel Valdez along with eleven grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son Miguel Carreon in 1995.

There will be a funeral service at the Brister Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday July 6, 2023, at 10am with the viewing starting at 9am. Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
