Mr. Gutierrez was born in McAllen, Texas to father Teofilo Gutierrez and mother Isidra Obregon Gutierrez.
He worked in construction and was known as a viral man who lived life his way, an was loved by many.
Juan is survived is his wife; Patricia J. Gutierrez, sister; Olga Alvarado, brother; Homero Gutierrez, niece, nephew and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters.
