Mr. Hinshaw was born in Streator, Illinois June 29, 1955 to father Robert Hinshaw and mother Mary Kimber Hinshaw. He married his loving wife Cathy Bowman Hinshaw and he worked on heavy equipment in the construction industry.
Kevin is survived by his wife Cathy Hinshaw, son Richard Hinshaw (Teta) and 1 grandchild.
