Macaria T. Molina, 74 years young from Immokalee, FL was called to the Lords open arms April 15, 2019.

Mrs. Molina was born in Cadereyta Nuevo Leon, Mexico to father Crispin Tovar and mother Maria Valdez Tovar May 10, 1944. She came to the United States when she was 12 years old. She met Felix Molina, Jr. when she was 13 years old and eventually they were married and had their family.

Macaria worked in restaurants in Immokalee, including Ailene's on main street where everyone knew of her cooking skills.  She loved fishing and could out fish her sons! Macaria was also very generous, she would make tacos and give them to people from the docks where she went fishing. Her favorite color was pink and her two favorite songs were" I'll Fly Away" by Allen Jackson--whom she loved! and "May the Circle Be Unbroken". She loved animals, but from all the stories her family has, the animals didn't always like her. She had a tough life but it was a great life! Her best attribute was her sense of humor, which helped her and others when they needed it.

She leaves behind to mourn her passing many people, including her children: Felix Molina, Jr., Marie E. Molina, Alfrado Molina and Carlos Molina, 16 grandchildren and 15 plus one on the way of great grandchildren, 3 sisters and 4 brothers, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband Felix Molina Sr. September 2011 and daughter Josephina Molina.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 26,2019  at Brister Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 -7:30 p.m.  Saturday, April 27, 2019 beginning at  10:00 a.m. also at the chapel , will be the Funeral Service.  Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens, Immokalee.
