Manuel Meza, Jr. 55 of Immokalee, was called to Heaven August 13, 2017 surrounded by his family.
Mr. Meza was born in San Antonio, Texas to father Manuel Meza, Sr. and mother Antonia Uribe Meza. He worked in the maintenance department in a landscaping company until his illness. He loved being with his children, grandchildren, extended family and all his friends.
Manuel is survived by his son: Manuel Meza III known to all as "Jay" (Izaura Hernandez), 2 daughters: Amanda Meza Hill (Jason) and Joanna Meza Ozuna (Ray), 9 grandchildren, 6 siblings: Jacinta Meza, Rene Meza, Juan Meza, Josefa Landeros, Gloria Trevino and Rosendo Meza along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by Luis Meza.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 17th at Brister Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 p.m.--8:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Friday, August 18, 2017 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
