Margarita Gonzalez Martinez 71 passed away due to an accident.

Margarita was born in Monterrey, Mexico to father Gumercindo Gonzalez and mother Julia Martinez September 1, 1947. She worked in packing houses in Texas and Florida. She loved going to church and having her faith and she really enjoyed walking --she preferred walking everywhere.

She leaves to mourn her passing many people including her loving family: 2 daughters; Maria Rodriguez and Margarita Maldonado, 10 grandchildren
and 3 great grandchildren many extended family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her son Julian Rodriguez in 2003.

There will be a viewing on Monday December 3, 2018  6:00-8:00 pm at the Brister Funeral Home Chapel with the funeral mass on Tuesday December 4, 2018, 10:00 am, at the Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
