Heaven received a new angel October 15, 2020 when Maria L. Alvarado 79 answered the Lords call.

Mrs. Alvarado was born in Donna, Texas on January 19, 1941 to father Teofilo Aguirre and mother Maria Refugio Silva Alvarado. Before her retirement she worked at RCMA. She was proud of her family and they meant everything to her. She loved doing things with her large family, from cooking for them to all the good conversations and hugs. Before their passing she was very close to her sisters. She also was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Immokalee.

Visitation will be held on October 20, 2020 at Brister Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00-8:00 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held on October 21, 2020 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
