Maria Olga Alvarez, 78, of Immokalee, Florida gained her wings on March 4, 2023 in Immokalee, Florida after fighting the good fight against cancer. She was born in Robstown, Texas on November 3, 1944 to Genaro and Tomasita Soliz Garcia. Her favorite pass-time was the joy she would receive from being in her garden. She will be missed by what can only be described as a wonderful and loving family.

She leaves behind two daughters; Vilma and Raqueal Gonzalez, nineteen grandchildren, fifty-five great granchildren and four great great grandchildren. Before her passing Maria lost a husband; Juan Alvarez Sr., a daughter; Rosa Torres and two sons; Juan Alvarez Jr. and Raul Alvarez.

There will be a viewing Thursday March 9, 2023 at Bethel Assembly of God 10am and a 11am service. Burial to follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
