Maria F. Salinas 87 of Immokalee passed away November 7, 2021 with her family surrounding her.

Mrs. Salinas worked in the agriculture fields when she was younger to help take care of her family.  She was born December 3, 1933 to father Jose Lopez and mother Paula Haso Lopez. She married  her husband Joaquin and they enjoyed being together raising their children until his passing. She was known as a great cook and took pride in her family. She was a member of Kingdom Hall in Immokalee for many years.

Maria is survived by 1 daughter: Connie Arriaga, 5 sons: Juan, Simon, Juan Jesus, Joaquin and Joseph Salinas, 17 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren along with extended family. Her son Pablo preceded her in death.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Brister Funeral Home Chapel  from 6:00-7:45. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021 GRAVESIDE-Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens beginning at 9:30 am
