Monserrate L. Sanabria, 79, of Immokalee, Florida passed away in her nursing home in Naples, Florida on April 12, 2024, after a brief illness. She was born in Guayama, Puerto Rico on April 27, 1944, to Francisco Lugo and Praxedes Mercado. She was a housekeeper by trade.

She leaves behind to remember her two daughters, Gladys Green (Alan), Sandra Lugo (Alonzo) one son, Ismael Lugo, two sisters, Lydia Lugo, Inez Lugo, two brothers, Oscar Lugo and Felix Mercado and brother-in-law, Hector Sanabria along with five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Her son Carlos Sanabria preceded her in death.

She will have a viewing and service at Brister Funeral home Chapel on Thursday April 18, 2024, at 10:00 am. Burial to follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
