Nell Dupree 78, a long time resident of Immokalee, Florida and wife of Clyde Dupree, left to be with the Lord on Monday December 13,2010 in Naples, Florida.

Mrs. Dupree was born in Horry County, South Carolina to father Joseph Sherwood King and mother Agnes (Williams) King on March 20, 1932.

He married her husband Clyde Dupree May 1, 1948 in LaBelle, Florida.

Nell worked as a school crossing guard for many years with the Collier County Sheriff Department.

She is survived by her husband: Clyde Dupree, two daughters; Patricia "Ann" Sheehy(Mike) and Deborah Gonzalez(Leon), son Joseph Cyde Dupree, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren, that were fortunate to call her "Mema". Two sisters; Estelle White and Creola Tanner (Eugene), one brother; Jimmy King (Nerita) along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her paretns, and two brothers, Franklin and Joseph King.

The family requests that donations in liew of flowers be made payable to Avow Hospice of Naples in memory of Nell.

Visitation was held Monday December 20, 2010 from 5:30-7:30 pm at Brister Funeral Home. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 11:00 am at Baptist Cemetery, Immokalee, Florida.
