Pedro Lopez, Jr., 71 of Immokalee and Ava Maria passed away December 31, 2016.
Mr. Lopez was born in Brownsville, Texas to father Pedro Lopez, Sr. and mother Elena Duenes Lopez May 12, 1945.
Pedro worked in construction, enjoyed playing guitar and was known to always be signing and humming a tune. He was an artist , doing everything from painting and drawings to a designer of architecture plans, and he loved gardening.
Pedro is survived by 2 daughters; Cristella Lopez-Henderson and Naomi Ruiz, 2 sons; Alex and Jaime Lopez, 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters; Frances Weber and Yolanda Gonzalez, 2 brothers; Rafael and Agustine Lopez,and the mother of his children; Maria Lopez.
There will be a viewing Thursday January 5, 2017 from 6-8pm at the Brister Funeral Home Chapel.
