Filemon Luna 73 years old from Immokalee, was called home to Heaven September 30, 2018.

Mr. Luna was born in Mercedes, Texas to father Manuel Luna and mother Tiburcia Lopez Luna November 10, 1944. When he was younger he was in a band. He still enjoyed singing and listening to music, loved watching his old westerns, but his greatest love in life was his family.

He is survived by his wife Esperanza Montez Luna, son: Juan Luna (Irma), 4 daughters: Anita Gallegos (Isaac), Diana Luna, Sandra Luna, and Marysol Luna, 17 grandchildren, and a number of great grandchildren, numerous siblings including brother Manuel Luna. He was preceded in death by his son Manuel Luna April 2018.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at Brister Funeral Home Chapel, 221 North 3rd Street, Immokalee, FL beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. also at the chapel.  Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
