Ramiro S. Manzano Sr., 66, left us peacefully early this morning in Naples, Florida to join the Lord. He had been fighting a hard battle recently with a medical condition when he died in the hospital surrounded at bedside by a large amount of family who loved him very much. He was born in Sinton, Texas December 17, 1954 to Gumecindo and Jesusa Manzano. His passing was December 2, 2021.

He leaves many family members to mourn his loss. Ramiro had one daughter; Rosemary Manzano Rosas (Mike), three sons; Raymond Manzano (Rafaela), Ramiro Manzano Jr. (Melissa) and Rene Manzano, step-son; Alex Castillo, mother of his children; Mary Ann Alvarado, 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, one brother; Homer Manzano, five sisters; Olivia Gonzalez, Aurora DeLaRosa, Omega Valdez, Anita Rios and Tenci Alexander.

He was preceded in death by many including his mother; Jesusa Manzano, father Gumecindo Manzano, great grandson; Riley McFadden, niece; Amy Manzano, sisters; Estelita Arredondo, Ofelia Manzano and Adelita Perez, seven brothers; Salvador Manzano, Rodolfo Manzano, Juan Manzano, Adolfo Manzano, Carlos Manzano, Christobal Manzano and Arturo Manzano.

There will be a viewing Monday December 6, 2021 10am at Brister Funeral Home Chapel. The service will follow at 11AM. Burial will be at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
