Raymond Lucero, 63 years old of Immokalee passed away April 2, 2014.

Mr. Lucero was born in Quitague, Texas on December 8, 1950 to father Lucas Lucero and mother Eufenia Serna Lucero.

Raymond was a proud member of the United Stated Army and servied in Vietnam, where he was wounded.  Since then he worked many many years as a mechanic for the concret plant Cemex.

He is survived by his wife Maria Lucero, son; Ray Lucero (Celiera), daughters; Maria Ramos (Jacinto) and Marlene Garza (Albert), seven grandchildren and one great grandchild, eight siblings along with many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 from 6-8 pm at Immokalee First Seminole Baptist Church. The Funeral Service will be held also at the church, on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 beginning at 10:00 am.  Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
