Roberto Galan Sr. 74 of Immokalee, passed away at home with his family surrounding him on July 12, 2022.

Roberto was born in Mexico to mother Bertha Cisneros and father Andres Galan.  He married his beloved wife San Juana and was known as a hard worker in the agriculture fields to take care of his large family. He enjoyed taking take of his many plants and trees in his garden and spending time with his family.

He leaves many to cherish his memory, including his wife San Juana Gutierrez de Galan, 4 daughters: Bertha Silguero (Edward) Maribel Ramirez (Rudy) Araceli Galan, Ernestina Galan (Sonny) 5 sons: Ubaldo Galan, Arturo Galan (Brenda) Martin Galan (Melissa) Manuel Galan and Ernesto Galan 41 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, along with nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by daughter San Juana Galan and son Robert Galan, Jr.

Calling hours/Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Brister Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00-7:45 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church beginning at 10:00 am.  Following the service the burial will be held at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
