Ms. Hernandez was born in Mexico to father Agustin Hernandez and mother Eva Flores Hernandez March 1, 1936.

She is survived by son Abel Hernandez, daugher-in-law Annabelle ,four grandchildren, three brothers; Jose Hernandez (Socorro), Adam Hernandez (Maria), Abel Hernandez, and twenty one nieces and nephews. Rosa was pre-deceased by her parents Agustin (1992), Eva (2002) and one sister, Elena (1993).

There will be a Visitation at Brister Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 from 6-8 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 2 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Lee Memorial Park Cemetery, SR 82, Fort Myers, FL at approx: 11:30am.
