Heaven welcomed a new angel when SanJuana Galan received her angel wings June 4, 2021 in Tampa, Florida.

SanJuana was known to everyone as Janie, was born in Brownsville, Texas to father Roberto Galan and mother SanJuana Gutierrez. She worked as a secretary in the agriculture farm office and enjoyed keeping fit by doing different exercise, but she Loved dancing, and her Dallas Cowboys, and she enjoyed cooking. Most of all she loved being with her family, spending time with them.

She will be missed many but her family is left to  mourn her passing, including her husband Joel Salazar, 3 daughters; Adriana Cuevas, Christina Salazar and Samantha Salazar, 5 sons; Joel Salazar Jr., Felipe Salazar, Angel Salazar, Vicente Salazar and Samuel Salazar along with 5 grandchildren and many extended family and friends.

Calling hours/visitation will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Brister Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00-7:45 pm. The Catholic funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe, Immokalee beginning at 10:00 am on Friday, June 11, 2021. Cremation will be the final disposition.
