We are saddened to announce the passing of Sara Lozano 57 of Immokalee on October 23, 2021 and her husband Jessie Guerrero 59 just 5 days later on October 28, 2021

They both loved being with their children and large extended family . Sara loved being with her large family of siblings, children and in-laws along with the children she would take care of in daycare for many years. She enjoyed dancing and listening to music and had a green thumb that showed in all her many beautiful plants. Sara was born October 19, 1964 to father Jose Lozano and mother Juanita Guerrero and had just turned 57 on October 19, 2021. Jesse Guerrero was born in Naples, Florida to father Bernardino Guerrero, Sr. and mother Helen B. Guerrero on April 16, 1962. He also enjoy music and dancing along with watching and playing baseball and going fishing. You could never walk away from Jessie without seeing a smile on his face.

Sara and Jesse leave behind many to mourn their passing, including their children: 1 son Jesus Guerrero  2 daughters: Jessica Ramirez and Angeli t a Guerrero and along with 7 precious grandchildren. Sara is also survived by 6 siblings: Delia, Alma and Irma Lozano, Joe, Mario and Albert Lozano. Jesse is also survived  his mother Helen Guerrero and 12 siblings: Ruth Rodriguez, Margaret Gonzalez, Christobol Guerrero, Elia Garcia, Diana Guerrero, Bernardino Guerrero Jr., Angelita Guerrero Mendez, Frances Martinez, Samuel Guerrero, Janie Guerrero, Eva Guerrero and Johnny Joe Guerrero. There is a very large number of nieces and nephews, cousins, brother-in laws and sister-in-laws and many extended family and friends. Sara was preceded in death by 4 siblings; Olga, Jerry, Johnnie and Lydia Lozano and her parents. Jesse was preceded by his father and 4 siblings.

The family wants to thank everyone for their kind words, phone calls and those that stopped by during this extra hard grieving time, and ask for your continued prayers.

Calling hours will be from 6:00 to 7:45 pm  at Brister Funeral Home Chapel for both Sara and Jesse on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. There will be a double funeral mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Wednesday November 3, 2021 beginning at 10:00 am.  Burial will follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens, Immokalee. PLEASE NOTE: MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT BOTH  THE VISITATION AND FUNERAL MASS.
