Heaven received its sweetest angel when God called on Veneralda Pineda on October 25, 2022.

Veneralda like to be called Vene, some of her enjoyments in life she had were; she loved dancing and singing, playing bingo and was she known for her great cooking. What Vene loved most was spending time with her family, and she was a very religious woman and praying an important part of her everyday life.

Vene was born in Raymondville, Texas to her mother Josephina Riojas and her father Jose Martinez on April 11, 1951. She grew up in Immokalee Florida with her 3 sisters; Elva, Juana and Maria 4 brothers; Arturo, Raul, Jessie and Oscar. She married Jose Pineda and had four children; Guadalupe Garcia, Jose Pineda, Samantha Pineda, and Louis Pineda along with 17 grandchildren along with extended family and friends.  She loved being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be greatly missed not only by family members who loved her, but by so many people who knew her.

Calling hour/visitation will be held Saturday October 29, 2022 at Brister Funeral Home Chapel from 10:00 am--11:45 am.
