Ms. Virginia Crawford received her heavenly wings when she passed away at the age of 89 in Fort Myers, FL on February 7, 2022.

Virginia was a very special and beautiful woman who was a caring, sweet woman who loved her extended family and children.  She look care of many children all her life and truly enjoyed it so much she worked at the Collier County School System for many years as a tutor but it didn't feel like a job to her. Her loving smile and ability to leave a permanent footprint in the hearts of the people she knew and will be missed greatly by all. She was born in Immokalee, Florida to father Robert Raulerson and mother Evelyn Thomas Raulerson and was the oldest of 10 siblings. She married the love of her life Otto Crawford and until his passing they enjoyed life and the changes in her hometown and family.

Virginia is survived by her loving daughter: Mary Smith(Greg), grandchildren Angie Estrada and Greg Smith (Katie), great-grandchildren: Mia Estrada, David Estrada, Abi Estrada, Chase Smith and Dylan Smith. Sisters: Pearl Curry, Kathy Corbitt and Becky Brown, brothers: Buddy Raulerson (Geraldine), Ronnie Raulerson (Patsy), Gary Raulerson (Pam and John Raulerson (Leigh) along with many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Otto Crawford, sister Mona Wright and brother Eddie Raulerson.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at First United Methodist Church, Immokalee from 12:30-1:00 pm. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm till 1:30pm with Pastor David Soden officing.  Burial will take place at a later date.
