Walter E. Holland 82 years old, left to be with the Lord on Monday July 29,2013. He passed in Naples, Florida following a long illness with his family by his side.

Until his retirement he was manager of Six L's Packing House in Immokalee for many many years.

Walter married his loving wife Glenda McBurnett Holland in 1973. They lived in Immokalee most of those years where he watched his children and grandchildren grow.

Mr. Holland was an avid fisherman and a fan of Western movies, especially John Wayne.

He leaves behind his beloved wife; Glenda Holland, six sons; Danny, Dicky, Jacky, Bruce, Bobby and Tommy, five daughters; Dona Redmond, Sunni Gay, Julia Holland, Tracy Holland and Raylean Williams, thirty five grandchildren and fifty six great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held Thursday August 1, 2013, 6-8pm at Brister Funeral Home Chapel. A Graveside Service will be held Friday August 2, 2013 at 11:00 am at Lee Memorial Park Cemetery in Fort Myers on State Road 82.
