Walter Phillips Jr., 66, of Lehigh Acres, Florida passed away after a brief illness in Labelle, Florida on March 08, 2021. Mr. Phillips was retired from the Collier County Sheriff's office as a correctional officer. He was born July 28, 1954 in Blythe, California to Walter Phillips and Rosie Cease.

He leaves behind to remember him two daughters; Sissy Phillips (Jimmie) and Tiffany Mendoza (Robert), two sisters; Georgia Freeman and JoAnne Cowart along with Five grandchildren.

Mr. Phillips will have a viewing on Friday March 12, 2021 at Brister Funeral Home in Immokalee, Florida from 6-8pm and a graveside service will be held at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens on Saturday March 13, 2021 at 10:00 am with Pastor Richard Heers officiating.
